I've used Autocare for over a decade now. My Audi recently went in with a glow plug warning light on. They replaced the glow plugs. Unfortunately within a week the car was cutting the engine again so back it went. They ran extensive diagnostics, sought advice and carried out multiple test runs over 2 days to ensure my car was safe to hand back to me. Really wouldn't take my car anywhere else! Lovely, friendly people who seem to genuinely care.
Highly recommend - went here for a faulty ABS and was really satisfied, they went out their way to get what turned out to be a more challenging than initially expected repair done at a reasonable cost. Simon kept me updated throughout and they were friendly and professional. Great service!
I went to Autotec as it was recommended to me by a family member who’d been using their services for years. I booked in for an MOT and service and when I had to change the date, they were friendly and helpful. On arrival, I confirmed what I was there for, handed over my key and waited for the call to say all was done. I got that earlier than expected with no nasty surprises reported, thank goodness, and on collection I was talked through the advisories and given time frames on when the minor things need to be reassessed. I left feeling safe in my car and very happy that I did NOT have the feeling I’d been ripped off, which I’d experienced in the past with other garages. A great experience, lovely staff and will be using again and recommending to others.
I can not recommended this garage enough, went out of their way to source a part for us that all other garages said they couldn’t get & saved us well over half of what we nearly spent going straight to the dealer. Just a genuine, decent, trustworthy business that really care with exceptional customer service.
I can't speak highly enough. My best mate is a mechanic and does all the work on my car usually. Unfortunately he does not have a particular tool. He advised me to ring around and explain specifically what was required. I made the calls and got quotes. These guys gave me the best price. Pennies in it really but I went with them. Service was efficient, the job got done quickly. It came in exactly as they estimated price wise. Other garages wanted to charge me double and even insisted on me paying 70quid so they could have a look, despite me explaining I know exactly what the issue is. Would definitely go back if my buddy can't do future work.
Highly recommend. I went for a MOT & full service. Initially thought it was a bit pricey but after looking online I found it's a fair rate+what needed to be fixed just had to be done. Safety first. Everything is good now. Sending a big thank you to everyone at Autotec.
