I found the service provided by the staff quite apathetic, to my annoyance. I left and will certainly not go back.
Outstanding service from an assistant who showed genuine interest in getting the right shoe for me.
On 2nd August i took a young relative into Office shop for a pair of trainers costing £81 and was charged on my credit card but the trainers were not provided! I have been trying to get a refund of the £81 charged but has not been refunded to date 13th August despite providing details of my credit card! Will never shop there again as transaction dishonest!
Absolutely avoid ordering online. This is how a £150 pair of trainers arrived. Corresponded with the online chat but zero help. Just order from Nike avoid buying from a reseller that couldn't care how the shoes arrive. They also use Yodel to deliver which is asking for it to be a disaster.
My wife got the boots she wanted so very happy. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

This Office in Norwich is really nice. The Converse range was quite extensive. What I liked were the sales people didn’t bother to ask you if you were okay as soon as you went in so you could browse at your leisure; unless because of Covid they were told not to? Anyway, the staff were friendly and polite and if in Norwich I will call in here again.
