Really friendly and helpful. Explained the problems with my car to me. Explained the steps it would take to fix as more work might be needed if things were more complicated once they started fixing it. Called me with continuous updates. I’ve been using Stedmans for my mx5 for the last couple of years and have been very happy with the service given. I stopped using the main dealer when they refused to carry on picking up my vehicle and said I could always drop it off in Southampton if Chichester didn’t suit (not very helpful when I live in Worthing)! Stedmans have been great and at a very reasonable price for an MOT and service
Booked in for annual service & mot. Was advised that my van had failed but the failure items could be easily rectified & carried out with the service. Received call later in the afternoon saying that everything was sorted & van was ready to pick up. Minimum fuss, job done properly, great price, one happy customer.
Had my yearly MOT and service at Stedmans, always great service, the technician's are great and very helpful. Front of house staff are also really great. Can't recommend them enough, wouldn't go anywhere else. Big shout out to Ali for looking after my car!

I have been a customer of Stedmans for many years. They have always been great for both MOT and repair/maintenance work and their prices are good. They are always honest in their assessments and won't ever charge for work that doesn't need doing as I've had from other garages in the past. I no longer livenear the garage and it's a bit out of my way but I will continue to use them as long as I can.
Service and MOT all carried out very efficiently with good communication on tyre prices. Excellent friendly collection and return service. Will definitely be booking again.
