   There are not many shops around like this one. Very old fashioned, full of proper stuff with real people that talk to you and help you like they want to help. Richard and his staff are great and nothing is too much trouble. Prices are competitive and they can get most parts by the next day. Really not worth going anywhere else. Small independent shops like this need our support, because they will be a huge loss if they go.

   Fully recommend this place for anyone with car/motor issues. I work at a ground investigation company and following issues with the wiring connecting to our window sampling drilling rig shorting out and catching a light, they helped us find the right cables to replace and offered their jump pack to jump start the rig. Extremely nice, friendly owners who fixed our issue very promptly and allowed us to get on with our work for the day. Great local business who helped us out massively in a time of need.

   Oh my word, this really is the only motoring accessories shop you'll ever need! Not only is the service friendly, amazing & of a high standard, Richard & hos staff were so accommodating, helpful & very knowledgeable too. I had a roof box fitted on a hire basis & I will now be going back here each time I need one. It was also fitted for free, unlike a very well known other motoring store, who charge £70. This is just an amazing shop & they are the absolute best!

   I just wanted to praise the service received from the team at Storrington Auto Parts. I went in with parts from my trailer hoping to get the electrics sorted. The guys were incredibly helpful. They ferreted around and emerged with various parts and after several minutes produced a solution. The best part of my experience was the reasonable cost. Can’t thank them enough.

   Amazing customer service, fair prices, Richard was friendly and nothing was too much to ask, we were able to get roof bars for our car ordered in when nowhere else could get them in reasonable time. Not only that but he then helped us fit them and explained how they worked. I would recommend this store and will be my first stop for car parts and advice in the next instance!

   One of the smallest parts shops I have been to, but let me tell you. Richard, the owner, makes up for it. If he doesn't have it, which incredibly most times he does, he will get it for you. And even for this, he goes the extra mile. He also enjoys little gadgets and things so there is also an assortment of torches or special tools of good quality and always pretty well priced. The quality of the goods in his store are high, so don't expect cheap, high quality that is well priced, with a dash of a smile and great service, then you are at the right place. My go to place when in a fix. Oh, and he is just as helpful over the phone.
