I was sent to fastline for some work that needed to be done on the Mercedes. The team were more than helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Great job certainly would recommend.

After claiming for a replacement windscreen through my insurance app, I received a text message from Fastline Autoglazing asking me to call & arrange for a replacement windscreen to be booked in. I called & the process couldn’t have been easier, they offered me a next day slot asking me to arrive at 08.30 which I did, I was given a free courtesy car while the work was carried out, I returned later the same day to collect my vehicle. The windscreen was fitted properly & professionally & vehicle equipment recalibrated. Very easy to deal with, happy friendly staff & excellent job done! I can highly recommend Fastline Autoglazing & will definitely use them again should I need to. Thank you!!

This garage is an absolute disgrace. I went in with ONE wheelchair restraint broken. They replaced it, and then suddenly the other one — which was working 100% perfectly when I arrived — had “magically” stopped working. Then came the demand for another £200 and a wait of up to 10 days for a part they couldn’t even name. In my view, this is either gross incompetence or outright shady behaviour. Either way, I felt completely cheated. The receptionist was one of the rudest people I’ve ever come across in any business. From the second I walked in, he had an attitude. By the end, he was shouting in my face, demanding money he knew I didn’t owe (it’s a company car). I walked out feeling not only scammed, but also verbally abused. What makes this even worse is that they missed a massive business opportunity. The company I hire my vehicle from operates many wheelchair-accessible cars in Brighton. If Fastline had provided decent service, they could have gained a lot of regular business. Instead, I reported my experience, and the company has decided they will never use Fastline again. Very unprofessional, and frankly, not very smart. In my honest opinion, these people should not be trusted with any vehicle, let alone one designed for wheelchair users. Their work felt careless, their behaviour aggressive, and their whole approach unprofessional. This is without doubt one of the worst businesses I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs.

I had great service from Graham and his team. I had been phoning around for a replacement windscreen over the Christmas period and when I spoke to Graham he took the time to go and get quotes for all of the available options from different manufacturers and gave me an appointment quicker than anyone else would have offered. His knowledge of the pitfalls that could have made the job take longer due to the sensors and computers onboard filled me with confidence that I had booked the right place. The windscreen was changed without fuss and you wouldn't even know it had been changed. Great service and highly recommended.

Couldn’t recommend this company more. Needed windows replacement for my van, couldn’t get them anywhere. Only other quote offered was from Autoglass at 4 x the price. Best windscreen fitters by a mile. I’ve had many screens fitted over the years in many vehicles. Fastline we’re passed my job from AutoGlass. Fastline where on time professional and had my screen in finished within 90 minutes including wiper blades. Nice fitters polite and happy. Would 100% recommend and will be using them every time.

WOW- it is so good when you find a company with a modern approach but traditional values. Excellent service and value received from Graham and his team and a company with such integrity. Land Rover - leaking windscreen - common problem but never heard of by my local dealer. No National windscreen provider wanted to know and although I was warned removing and refitting is difficult as the screen often breaks on removal, they succeeded and saved me significant money. Full marks Fastline!
