   We ordered an integrated fridge on a Wednesday. It was delivered to the shop from Germany the following Tuesday and Snellings fitted it the following day. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and professional at the point of ordering and checked when it should be delivered and organised the fitting there and then. The two guys who turned up to fit it were great. Taking the old one out of the cabinet and installing the new one. The whole process was excellent. We’ve used this company many times in the past and they are always top quality.

   An excellent company to deal with. We had a warranty issue on an appliance, the manufacturer directed our call to Snellings who are their local service partner. Everyone we spoke to on the phone and in person, was friendly, polite and helpful. The problem was diagnosed, the replacement part ordered and installed on time and problem free. 10/10

   I would highly recommend Snellings whenever looking to purchase an electrical item. I recently purchased a Miele washing machine and matching tumble dryer. I have always been happy with the customer service that I have received when choosing and purchasing and the after service too. Delivery of items are quick and a very reliable service.    Very helpful. Had a good knowledge about all aspects of TVs which help make up our mind on which one too buy. No high pressure sale. When calling back for advice/issue an engineer was arranged to visit and sorted the problem also explaining the reason and resolution. Would definitely go back and recommend.

   I've been really impressed by my first experience of buying from Snellings and will certainly be back. I usually buy online of from large retailers where I can get a discount but the low availability of the Sony OLED TV I wanted to buy brought me to Snellings. As it turned out this was very lucky as there was an issue with the particular TV I had when I unboxed it myself at home which was so disappointing but Snellings were absolutely excellent and so keen together everything sorted for me. Even though it was New Years Eve they sorted out the issue the same day. Fantastic service and amazing showroom too, I look forward to my next purchasing opportunity from this great local retailer.
