What makes a good company these days isn’t their prices. All companies have offers, enticing customers into their shop. No, the best way to tell a good company is their staff. As soon as we walked into Currys in North Quay retail park, Lowestoft, we were treated warmly, asking if we need any help. We were looking for a counter top fridge and a Ninja air fryer. Straight away a lovely staff member, Leah, came over and helped us with our purchases. Leah is a great ambassador for Currys and should be commended for the kind and respectful way she treated us. Would I recommend Currys? Yes indeed!

The WORST customer experience ever. Had a laptop that needed repair, took 45 minutes in the shop to organise the repair, i definitely did not need to be there for that long. Had 4 people behind the desk, only 1 serving and a queue of around 5 people waiting to be served. Whilst laptop is away, i receive a call from the repair centre, Laptop all ready but there is a charge to pay. In the 45 minutes i was in the store, i was told there wouldn't be a charge to pay. The repair centre said they would speak with the store to verify. 5 Days later, i call for a progress update......the store had not replied. Repair centre emailed again, stronger wording. A reply within the hour, advising customer would pay, spoke again with repair centre, they agreed that 5 days without a reply and without my laptop was NOT GOOD ENOUGH. End Result - Customer nothing to pay. Laptop ready for collection......i was in the store for 35 minutes whilst they "tried to find it". Manager no help, as she "wasn't in the day it was delivered". She would walk away from you whilst talking to you, felt worthless and my custom wasn't required. Staff clueless as to where the laptop could be, questioning there processes and procedures for equipment repair and returns. Queues building up and customer service non existent. Would not be returning to this store AT ALL. Terrible experience

Went in currys Lowestoft to purchase two Samsung's s25 Fe for me and my twin sister we had been looking at on their website. Called a member of staff over to ask if they were still in stock, they were not so we had to order them in. This was at 7:00pm, two or three members were staff were in, the one that assisted us seemed jittery, we thought this was odd but she seemed new so we ignored it. Anyways, we were told that we couldn't purchase the phone in cash as it wasn't in stock. We had £200 in cash and we're going to pay the rest on card, they told us to purchase a £200 gift card to complete the purchase so we did. The girl went up to the desk, counted the money, then brought another member of staff over to count just to make sure, after that we were able to get the gift card and purchase the two phones, however the new staff member kept the gift card, we thought she would throw the gift card away as it was no longer of any use. After purchasing we were told to wait two days for the phones to pick them up in store. We waited for the confirmation email which we never got. Went in-store, order CANCELLED!Right after we left the store the order was cancelled. We hadn't been told of the cancellation neither have we received a refund, spoke to customer service who told us that they couldn't find the gift card but would refund us on card and send us a replacement eGift card in 3 business days. Guess what. We got neither. We called and were told that they were not issuing a refund, so now they have taken OUR money and we are left with no product to show for it. No mention of the missing gift card, it seems as if the old gift card was stolen, I wonder by who? Now we are taking this matter further. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Best experience ever. Came away with a hoover AND a TV. My partner and I moved in together recently and needed some help. Needless to say, help was provided. Chloe, the nicest and most helpful worker I've ever met, talked us through multiple options, not too techy and not too vague, they hit the Goldilocks zone of knowledge. They provided the best information and we came away very satisfied and with the best products that are well tailored for our home (and in the case of the hoover, for our dogs too!). Thank you Chloe, and thank you Currys!

Came here with a broken phone and absolutely zero knowledge on what to do next. The lady who helped me was so kind, she helped me pick out something new and explained everything I needed to know in great detail. The customer service I experienced was very reassuring and helpful, I'm very glad I came here!

The presentation of this store is great. There are lots of devices and tech on display that you can test and read information about there. The staff are helpful if you have any questions. All the furniture in this store is well organised and quite tidy,

Absolutely 5* service. Microwave. Oosh lovely. So looking forward to my new oven and fridge. Thank you so much for the customer service... felt for you when that other man was so so rude. Kindest Mrs Lincoln

Waited a while to be served, but once I was, it was very good. Jane was a great help, she was very knowledgeable about what I needed from my laptop and was able to help me find a great one in my price range. Excellent customer service from her

Waiting 20 minutes to then be advised I need to go on a waiting list to be served... I think 40 minutes in total is enough to make anyone leave. You need to hire more staff, as I wasn't the only one who walked out. Very poor service. UPDATE: I decided to do click and collect. The store cancelled my order because they couldn't complete the order on the same day. No email received, happy to take my money and I now have to wait 4 days to get that money back. Curry's, never again as this was shocking customer service...

Went in to price up speakers. Very good service. They are very helpful and have the best electric shop in Suffolk. The parking made it an easy task. All wheel chair friendly. I ended up spending a £1000 on new equipment and saved £300 . Very good for hp as well as great services. All layed out well. Can't nock there prices as they have a promotion on at the moment. Where they will match any price anywhere. Price Promise. Great time to bye. Don't forget the bye know pay later deals on some products. Not bad interest rate.
