Great service start to finish, helped us source removal company for old fridge and installation of new one, Ryan and the team where great really helpful advice and know what there products are. Highly recommend rather then other retailers, who do not always put customers first.

Went in the Aylsham store on Friday at 2 pm to consider buying a Samsung TV … I asked for express delivery if possible .. They phoned the warehouse immediately and it arrived at my house in Itteringham just before 4 pm ..eg within 2 hours . There’s express delivery and there’s express delivery ..!!!! Fabulous ( and not the first time their service has been above and beyond ) Thanks
I was looking for a fridge freezer and the advise and service I got was really good and helpful. I ordered one from them and it arrived today. I am very pleased with it and the delivery guys were very helpful too. Excellent service all round.

As always, Postle go above and beyond. Dave from Sheringham rang me several times to let me know when my delivery was coming as they were held up helping an elderly lady with a burst water pipe in the freezing weather we had. They initially came and measured, I had the fridge freezer fitted in 6 days by two cheerful knowledgeable guys. You cannot wish for more. I always use Postle, it is literally old fashioned customer service.
The staff in the NW branch are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We have bought many items over the years from this branch. Definitely recommend.
