Had a lovely time here with my family, landlady was engaging and the chef came out and chatted with us with enthusiasm about the new dishes he had added to the menu. We weren't disappointed, great presentation, flavour and quantity. Will definitely return.
This is our second time eating here after recently moving to the area. First time we both had steak and it was faultless, I eat my steak blue and the waitress assured me the chef could do it (I'm always a little hesitant) she was bang on the money it was amazing i could of used a butter knife!!! this time my husband had lasagne and I had the belly pork, yet again it was beautiful. Hats of to the chef!!! All the staff are friendly and happy to help. We will definitely be back to this little gem... definitely recommend it.
Every meal that we've had at this place was superb. The staff are to be commended for their service, nothing is too much trouble. We will keep on coming here without doubt.
Well what can we say about the Christmas Menu? The food was delicious and plenty of it. The service was fantastic! We will definitely be back!. Thank you for a great evening.

Delicious food, great variety all served piping hot. Staff are friendly and it's a great atmosphere, just have to pay cash for food. You can get cash out at the premier shop a minute up the road though.
Delicious. This pub saved our life! Other pubs were not serving when we arrived, this one was and we were given a very good welcome. The food is delicious and lovely service. The roast was brill and well, every meal we ordered was eagerly appreciated. Thank you. We will certainly return.
