   Mike and the whole team at Grays have been amazing, from initial contact to measuring and planning the kitchen, and (eventually, once our building work was completed) fitting the kitchen.We never felt pressured in any way and were able to pop in and recheck our choices whenever we needed to. Their patience was incredible! Mike made sure we were aware of any potential offers to enable us getting the best price available to them. The after sales service has been second to none! They have made sure we are completely happy and continue to do so. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if we ever needed any units anywhere in our home.

   From start to finish, my experience with Grays has been exceptional. They recently refurbished my second bedroom into a sewing room, with storage as the key priority. Grays made excellent use of every available space and delivered exactly what I hoped to achieve. The quality of the furniture is outstanding, and nothing was ever too much trouble along the way. Both Michael and the fitter, Paul, are a credit to your company. All aspects of the fitting were made perfectly clear with the days and names of everone attending; provided in advance. Although I originally hesitated to proceed with my bathroom refurbishment, I am now more than confident to move forward based on the impressive results of my sewing room. If only Grays could fit internal doors too! Thank you for a fantastic service.

   5 star plus for Mike and his team at Grays in every aspect from design to quality to communication and professionalism. At the very start, Mike asked us for all our requirements and objectives for our new kitchen, he designed a layout and finish that met all our needs and then he and his team delivered exactly what we agreed on a CAD drawing ..... absolutely brilliant. All through the process we were given price options and the end result is worth so much more, and the timescales advised were always honest and accurate. I cannot recommend Mike and his team of professionals enough, 5 star on every level. Nobody would be dissapointed. First class and we cannot thank the Grays team enough for delivering the kitchen if our dreams.

   On the 8th September we had our bathroom refurbished, I wasn’t looking forward to the mess and upheaval. But there was neither, the whole experience was completely stress free. To say we are delighted would an understatement, it’s absolutely amazing. And I have to mention our fitter Paul, he was without doubt the best craftsman, who has ever done work on my property. His work, skill and attention to detail was first class, and his finishing off, ie, applying mastic, which is something I usually dread. Was perfection, a word I very really use. So thank you so much Paul Grays might not be the cheapest, but to me it’s about quality, and in my opinion, Grays will never be beaten on quality. I’d recommend Grays without hesitation. Thank you…

   I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen/diner. This was a major project including the removal of a wall and, therefore, required the services of a builder, electrician, plumber, floor layer and painter as well as Gray’s fitters, all of whom were coordinated seamlessly by Mike. The planning was meticulous and all the products used, from the appliances to the door handles, are high quality as is the standard of workmanship. Thank you Grays.

   From the start to finish the service was 1st class. We've recently had a large kitchen and fitted wardrobes done. I know it's Mike's job, but his listening, suggestions and eye for detail were spot on. Told him roughly what I wanted, he came back with design and i didn't have to change a thing. Paul the fitter was spot on as well, arrived early, did a good day's work, was all finished when said would be.. Both guys were helpful, friendly and will totally be using again.

   We had our old bathroom taken out and replaced with new shower and enclosure new units and retiled,installation of new fan and lights.From start to finish pure pleasure,from Micheal initial design and costing to Paul the fitter and Daniel the electrician.Absolute fantastic workmanship.Cannot praise them high enough. Would absolutely recommend them.Transformed our bathroom.

   Excellent from beginning to end. We recently had two fitted wardrobes and a kitchen island unit supplied and fitted by Grays. The experience, from start to finish, was a pleasure and we are delighted with the final results. The whole team was a credit to the company and it was easy to welcome them into our apartment, particularly when the country was experiencing COVID 19. We would like to thank the delivery team who had to struggle, with heavy doors etc, up five floors to our apartment. We are also indebted to Sarah for the design, advice and organisation and for the craftsmanship of 'the hairy one' (Paul), and Graham who all went the extra mile for us with a smile. Grays are very highly recommended.
