Whilst the atmosphere and service was okay, the food hugely let the experience down. There were three of us - between us we ordered a tomato soup, a regular burger, smashed avocado with smoked salmon and eggs plus an ultimate burger. The ultimate burger was completely wrong which was fixed but still missing cheese with overcooked, chewy frankfurter. We only realised the eggs were missing off the salmon and avocado when we got the receipt. It was just avocado and two slices of salmon on some white bread. The tomato soup tasted of metal, like it’s been heated up in the tin. The other burger was disappointing. Unfortunately we would not return and feel the £52 was no where near worth it. I wouldn't recommend this cafe.

The food was very nice and all the portions were generous. Pictured is a tuna salad which kept me going until our evening meal at another venue..!

Popped into Eddy's Cafe while passing going to the coast. It's right next to the main car park in Diss. We received a warm welcome from all three staff members working that day and quick and friendly service. The food was of good quality especially for the price which seemed very reasonable. There is a large menu, breakfast, sandwiches, dinners, the lot and good selection of cakes. If passing again, I would not hesitate to eat there again.

Eddys Cafe is a nice and vibrant place to stop for a tasty bite. Fast and friendly table service. The food is of a decent standard. Menu is easy and the place looks nicely colourful on such a bleak looking winters day

Worst breakfast I've ever eaten and will not return. No decent meat free options and as a vegan I was given a soggy tomato and a few beans with a disgusting beige imitation sausage which was inedible. My friend had the normal full English and was sick afterwards.

I joined my sister and her two friends for lunch. As it happened, we all chose different dishes and, when the food came to the table I was delighted with my choice which was liver and onion served with mash potato and peas. Food was plentiful and it tasted wonderful. Well done to the team.
