I bought an almond croissant yesterday- by far the tastiest almond croissant I’ve ever had, delicious!! Returned today to buy some of the amazing looking sausage rolls. Looking forward to having them for lunch, and yes, next on my list, a scotch egg!

Simply delicious! This is a classic French patisserie in the heart of the Norfolk Broads where the owner bakes for hours to deliver some of the most legitimate French pastries that I have tasted in the UK. Go try it now.
Fantastic stop over on the way home after a holiday. Initially was sad the cafe had departed.....not for long though. All the freshly baked goods my family had were fantastic, friendly service and great ambiance. Recommended.
While on a boating holiday on The Norfolk Broads with friends, we moored up at Ludham Bridge on our first night and noticed that on the main road next to the moorings was Dollie's Bakery. So the following morning we went in to look around and bought some takeaway coffees and some of their homemade sausage rolls, Bakewell Tart and Raspberry and Almond cake to have for lunch later. The business is family run, friendly and very welcoming. Dollie's has only recently opened at Ludham Bridge, having been established during lockdown and having moved premises a couple of times. Dollie's primarily produces patisserie at the moment (April 2023) , bread and a savoury offering currently, although they hope to extend this to sandwiches and more later in the 2023 season. We enjoyed our sausage rolls so much that we visited again on our way back to Stalham a few days later. The savoury option that day was Scotch eggs, so we got those, a sourdough loaf, brownie, strawberry Danish pastry crown, bread & butter pudding slice and a baked cheesecake, which seemed to have a coffee base. This time we sat inside for coffee, making a fuss of the cute dog and speaking to the family who run the business before we left. The family are super friendly and the young lady who does all the patisserie and baking is incredibly talented. Looking forward to dropping in when I visit the Norfolk Broads again and see how the bakery and café are developing. A+++++

Caught up with their stand at Holkham food fair and Aylsham Show. Cracking sourdough bloomer just the way I like it - really well done crust. Topped off with the most gorgeous orange and almond cake which just melted in the mouth. Brill!
Stopped in for one of the new lunch items and some sweet treats and was blown away. Rare to find somewhere that focuses on high quality and will 100% be back for more.
Love Dollies Bakery, we have visited a couple of times for breakfast rolls, pastries, coffee and foccacia, the cruffins are so delicious and highly recommended, we can't wait until we can sit in to fully enjoy our visits here.
