   This is my favourite Costa to visit! Not only is it always lovely and clean but it’s the staff that make this costa my favourite! The ladies, in particular, Jess, Maddie and Afrika are always lovely, welcoming and helpful! The food has always been lovely, and I love the mochas and frappes! For me tho it’s the staff that can make a place special. I hope management gives the staff the credit they deserve! Best costa around x

   I visited this Costa with a friend and opted for the "Any Muffin and Coffee" special deal priced at a reasonable £5.49. I chose a cappuccino and a blueberry muffin, which I quickly enjoyed. This was my first visit to this Costa, and it turned out to be a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The staff were polite and welcoming, and the premises was clean and tidy. Parking was also hassle-free.

   We went to next and had Costa it was not good and not clean bacon roll was not toasted long enough asked for caramel latte got very strong expresso staff members on the mobile phone while cleaning the tables the side was wet and not dried tray was wet split my drink had to asked for another cup for my bf tea not clean not using clean jugs and etc if I was the manager there it would be shut down

   Super busy location but still my absolute fave costa branch, staff are super friendly, namely Claire and Maddy who always seem to be there when i visit! even when they’re ran off their feet they still serve with a smile and the same goes for all the others! Drinks are perfect every time

   Ok, firstly the coffee was ok. The place wasn't that busy and had quite the wait for two coffees (only two staff), only empty tables available were filthy (so were the floors) and the fabric chairs are so dirty I've seen cleaner at the tip. Staff apologised and began to clean as we finished our coffee, but costa should hire enough staff to cope with the size of the store and keep things nice at all times. I can't comment about food as I certainly wouldn't eat in here, eww. 2 stars because it was starting to rain and the roof mostly works and coffee was serviceable.

   We always come to Costa for coffee;however,I was disappointed today. Coffee is as good as normal, just the staff for cleaning the table is terrible. Making sure the table is clean is the basic for food and drink industry. This male staff with yellow shirt and yellow flower lei did a terrible job at cleaning the table. He just used the wet cloth to wipe around 10 percentbof the table missed the mess. He also clean other table as well, but it is the same. Please make sure we sit down to have our coffee on a clean and hygienic table.
