   One of the worst companies we have ever worked with. Unhelpful, rude, unresponsive, unprofessional. The way they treat new, growing companies is dreadful. The list goes on…. The main problem sits behinds his team and never responds to calls. Such a shame. With regards to your reply, we have used you for years and placed many orders so we have no idea what you’re referring too. The issues are rudeness, being unhelpful, unresponsive, etc. We are now working with a supplier who is supportive and eager to work with us as a growing local business.

   Staff unhelpful, gentleman on the counter rude and condescending in front of other customers making me feel uncomfortable, their price was over double everywhere else. Spent £1000s with Potts & ward past 12 months. Will never use again, other customers beware. If there was an option for no star then I would.

   Such disappointing service at the sales counter, I was completely ignored by everyone in the sales team even though I waited patiently for quite some time. Such a shame as their website gives you the impression they're very professional company.
