   I would avoid getting kitchen from them. We had nothing but troubles with them and they even refused my complaints. No one is accepting responsibility. The Worthing store blame Wickes customer service and Wickes customer service blame the Worthing store. Absolutely dreadful.

   Yet again, dire service. Putting aside the months our bathroom project over ran due to miss management and incompetence, works finally completed in mid-September. Only 4 months later our shower tap broke off. It appears it may have been faulty to begin with and had been glued onto a random screw to hold it in place. Either way I contacted Wickes to ask for this to be replaced under our warranty and that was two weeks ago. I received an acknowledgment of the issue, then silence. I have followed up and received nothing. Once again the ‘service’ from Wickes is abysmal. I am sick of turning the shower on in our brand new bathroom using pliers! Save yourselves and go elsewhere if you’re thinking of a new

   I'm actually reviewing a staff member who was on duty earlier in the week, a young lady who very helpfully advised where else I could get steel toe cap trainers that were in stock and my size having tried the usual places. I followed her advice and got a great pair of shoes. That was fantastic customer service, thank you.

   DIY products and tooling at lower prices than b&q. Selection is OK and the parking is free. Directed at the trade market more than normal DIY, but you can still get decent deals.

   We were served by two of the most miserable staff today. There was a lovely young girl on one of the tills but the other had a miserable man who clearly doesn't believe in customer service and also a woman who if she smiled would have cracked her face. We were made to feel extremely annoying after losing a receipt and needing to check a transaction online for a return. This I believe took all of five minutes in a store which had another free till and no one queuing. A smile doesn’t cost anything and we didn’t ask you to fly to the moon , only to be polite, civil and perhaps smile once in a while.

   Congratulations on having the SLOWEST checkouts. Could go to b&q down the road, wonder around there for half hour, pay for your items, drive home and could almost guarantee you'd still be waiting in line at this wickes.
