Sunday Lunchtime and the bar was pleasantly busy. The staff were fast and friendly. The atmosphere was very seasonal with a brass band and a small Makers market in the garden. Lunchtime menu was a delightful change from the usual roast dinner but still something for everyone. And not to forget warming spiced mulled wine

Lovely roast dinner! I had the vegan roast dinner and my partner had beef. The mushroom, courgette and spinach wellington was delicious, as were all the accompaniments. Followed by a very tasty berry crumble for dessert. Highly recommended!

Lovely cocktails and great beer. And if you get a chance, definitely get the homemade pork scratchings -- they're to die for. Pretty quiet when we went on a Monday evening, but still a nice atmosphere, the staff were lovely. Could do with some board games though, maybe...

Have been in a few times over the last couple of months, mainly for music and a few beers. Large outdoor seating area where they held music/ bands. Ale selection is good, staff are friendly. Tried the food for the first time on Thursday, had burger and dirty fries. Service was quick and quality was very decent at a very reasonable price. All food was lovely and fresh. Noticed they also served several takeaways while we were there. Will definitely be taking advantage of this in the future when unable to get to the pub in person.

We popped in on a whim and were glad we did. The burger is immense (the cheese sauce is something special) and the staff are lovely and friendly. They've got a eclectic variety of music and things on every month, so I'm sure there's something for everyone there.

Good selection of beer on tap and the staff were super friendly. I had the curried goat which was absolutely lovely. Spiced perfectly and it fell apart. Their events list was pretty exciting with loads on from drag shows to DJ sets.

This bar has a fine balance between traditional and something a little more edgy. The bar staff were all friendly. The bar selection was good. Great atmosphere inside. Glass floor feature interesting novelty. Out in the rear garden there is a covered seating area with heating. Also a small music stand. This place gets busy and also does some great food from a compact menu. Really enjoyed it.

Excellent selection of drinks, friendly staff, with a small but delicious menu. I had the curried goat which was really tasty and my partner had the beef burger which was also brilliant. Stayed for the quiz which I also highly recommend.
