Walked in and refused to be served a drink. Very disappointed, but won’t go in ever again. Whilst under present management. I am very happy for landlord/lady to contact me to discuss why they refused to serve.

Popped in on a Saturday afternoon. What a disappointment, the weird old barmaid was quite rude when my partner ordered a cocktail from the menu. We were informed that they didn't have the ingredients and when she said not to worry about the missing ingredients, the bar maid still asked us to wait while she googled how to make the cocktail with the 2 remaining ingredients. So to avoid inconveniencing her further we just left.

It was the first time I had been to this pub for years. I was surprised how small they had made it compared to the size of the building and what it used to be like. It was OK sitting outside but inside was far too small and cramped. Not a huge selection of beers either.

Friendly enough but all keg pumps, no ale and no food or snacks of any description.

Friendly bar tender and clientele. Nice soy hot chocolate, bit watery, would prefer a bit more chocolate in it. Music a bit loud, like to be able to chat and hear what people are saying. 5 months ago... Ok BIG problem on hot chocolate, it was watery 5 months ago, dishwater now. The staff excellent and attentive and I do not believe it to be their fault in any way, they made an extra effort, 10 out of 10. Please address your hot choc recipe. £2.65 for choc with soy does not equal hot water, a dash of soy and a dash of choc. Please make it with milk or soy milk. Lovely pub!! Hope to revise this view when this issue is resolved.
