Handy local shop but really expensive and some of the staff should have got a refund from charm school

Visit this store regularly, it has good stock and is relatively reasonably priced. The majority of the staff are ok however one member of staff seems to have a problem with me for no apparent reason. She is the dark haired women with the fringe. She always gives me dirty looks when i walk in and makes me feel very unwelcome. She always talks to customers infront of me but when i reach the till she doesn't say hello or have any manners. Its got to the point where i completely ignore her now and just hand her the money without saying a word. As she clearly has a problem with me when i haven't done anything for her to have a problem. I was always polite to her before she started being rude to me. She is a disgrace to the company and shouldn't have a job in customer service if that is how she likes to behave.
Efficient and friendly as usual. Godsend to the elderly like myself.
Awful just used my credit card they said it was refused but the money has been taken from my account!!!!

Ah so I'm asked how was londis. Well on this experience terrible. I had stupidly taken my card out the back of my phone and not remembered to put it back in. I turned on phone banking I don't no why but it was not authorised. I had plenty of money to cover the small shop so I asked the man to try again. He did begrudgingly. It didn't go through again. He was tutting and shaking his head. I had my daughter with me. Most of the items were for her and he just made both of us feel pretty rubbish and like we were a nuisance and had waisted his time. Maybe a bit of training on politeness would go down well. A very miserable man. Pleased I'm not married to him! Shame as the stock is quite good.
