   Lovely pub. We've been for food on several occasions and it's been great every time. This time we came for a family Christmas lunch and it couldn't have been better so I had to post. Delicious food, delightful staff and a lovely cosy atmosphere.

   Fantastic pub, with lovely owners and staff. Very dog and child friendly, not necessarily in any order. We had 4 lovely meals, with drinks and puddings for some, all under £100. Absolutely packed by 7pm on a Tuesday night, tells you all you need to know about supporting a local business. Certainly worth a visit even for those out of the local area.

   We came to Norfolk on holiday, visited this pub earlier in the week and today for Sunday dinner, had to leave abruptly as I’ve had a stroke been left sometimes coughing on food and didn’t want to put everyone else off.. but wow. Absolutely amazing quality so quick the best steak I’ve ever had and Beef Sunday dinner, thank you so much, I didn’t get to say goodbye as I was embarrassed, hope to return in the future. The man and woman are so lovely who served us and behind the bar

   A must visit traditional pub. Very friendly staff and landlords. Nice atmosphere. Great food and portion sizes at very reasonable costs. And a good selection of drinks. Just make sure to prebook if eating in as they do get pretty busy.

   Absolutely superb pub. Great food, beer, decor, clean, full of character, recently decorated and put up with us on 3 occasions Oct half-term. One of the best. For a small kitchen the food was outstanding. Great walk from the front door down to whitwell-Reepham station. The staff were friendly and full of chat and advise. Wish it were my local.

   This seems like a nice little pub. I could not fault the food and thoroughly recommend the flat iron streak. It was great value for money also. The only reason that it is not a 5 star review is I seemed to get forgotten by the staff, no one seemed to want to take my dessert order or bring my bill.
