   Always the slowest service here when picking up collection orders. Just look around, all staff are slow, rude and incompetent. Won't recommend here, go to Co Ops down the road, service and manners are much better.

   I could not understand the person who was talking to me very fast because I do not speak English perfectly. I am sorry that I am an immigrant and have come to live in your country, but I behave decently and pay my taxes on time. I was simply trying to speak to a member of staff about my order on 02.12.2025 between 17:10 -15. Having called Asda, I tried to give my order number, but this man needed something else, which I probably couldn't understand quickly enough. Do you know what this "wonderful" employee did? He repeated the same thing very quickly, and all I could make out from his irritated voice was that he needed the order number. I asked for literally a second to get my bearings. In response, he simply walked away from the conversation, leaving the line open. He did not hang up, but he did not come back either — I listened to silence for several minutes until I ended the call myself. He didn't even clarify if I needed to wait or transfer the call to a colleague. If this person tries to claim otherwise, I have a screen recording that shows the connection was active, but the operator did not return to the conversation. Thank you for the ruined evening and for the impossibility of cancelling the online payment that was initiated without my consent. This is my last order with you — the rudeness and disrespect were the last straw. I hope this man who spoke to me like that never encounters similar treatment himself. If you are reading this — know that it is very unpleasant and humiliating.

   The fridge, that is right next to the tills so staff members are 100% aware, contains warm drinks. This should have been resolved by now, especially when the loss of sales costs more than turning the thermostat temperature down.

   Look passed the shop bar codes look at the welcome the time given by staff the staff environment you feel from shop to car park Your see over time your off springs learn to shop and interact with the new and old generation over time Car park will be updated there in time im sure maybe electric charge points to help the grandparents this is your local shop Some use express shops this is just big enough to say your get ,item for your money and same size I'm the biggest shower here Thank you

   This is a lovely small store (small for an asda) but it has everything that you need to do a full food shop. The staff are always very friendly and they take care to make sure that the store is tidy at all times. The staff have always helped me to find what I am looking for. It has parking all around and is close to the lancing train station. It is wheelchair accessible and the shelves aren’t too high so you should be able to reach everything even if you are short.

   A small supermarket so stock is limited. Sometimes difficult to find what you want. Larger stores would be a better option for a weekly shop if you buy more unusual items! Has all the basics though.
