   The owner refused to give me my parcel. My Vinted app didn't have the barcode and he got frustrated with me. I then found the code in a text but he claimed the machine wasn't working. The customers behind me were able to get theirs with no issue, but the machine was immediately not working as soon as I asked again. It was only when his colleague came out that he handed over the parcel, and then told me to never come back.

   Best local shop in Brighton. lovely guys that run it. Always super friendly and helpful. I've never come across a premier with such a good cured meats selection. My dog loves it too, she literally drags me there because sometimes they give her treats, and she sulks when it's closed. What more could you want?

   The staff think it's acceptable to smoke in the door way causing all the smoke to go in to the shop, this makes the whole shop stink of cigarettes. When I said something the staff got really aggressive, saying they don't care about the smoke or smell because they are smokers. Terrible attitudes. It's also a very expensive overpriced shop.

   I've just been ripped off by the clerk in this store not for first time either I bought some shopping including a large bottle of milk I put it in my tote bag along with toilet roll n biscuit etc my bag was full I walked out the shop n crossed the road to another shop n the milk had leaked all over my other items n was pouring out the bottom of my bag all over the floor I went back immediately but apparently the man said it's my fault no replacement or money back but he took the leaky bottle of milk n refused a refund I will be going back to claim it tmrw when different staff are on but I won't be shopping there again he is horrible man with no customer service skill

   DON'T SHOP HERE. Joseph at Lewes Rd Convenience Store said we could only buy a tin of lager of we bought 2 of the same brand. Every heard such rubbish before? He tried to blame it on the council but it was obviously a money making scam. Total con shop. Brighton should still have some integrity left. Joseph obviously has none. Shame on you Joseph.
