Always take my parcel here rude attitude never changes. Spend the whole time I’m scanning and printing labels glaring at me making me feel as if I’m committing a crime using their services. Also the people who work there need to start investing in deodorant. I understand it’s summer and BO is natural but it’s overwhelming in that store.
Very good for last minute items, you can collect parcels from Hermes and Evri from there also,but beware evri states delivered when they haven't actually delivered to the shop, its normally a day later,I've witnessed customers blaming the staff of the shop when it's evri,s fault.staff are Friendly and polite, although they do on occasion not get deliveries when expected, overall a great place to shop. A complete change of Staff in the last two weeks.
WORST SHOP EVER!!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR PARCELS OR RETURN YOUR PARCELS HERE!! THEY STEAL YOUR ITEMS. I went in to return a parcel which included an expensive apple macbook and airpods pro. The guy at the shop assured me all was well and gave me my receipt and i went on about my day, later on i got an email from the person i returned it too saying they received a packet of sweets, which they sell - they sell many sweets, it was the shop and i am getting police involved as this is actually disgusting behaviour. NEVER COME HERE!!!!!!!!
Came to this shop to drop off an expensive parcel via Evri. According to the tracking provided by Evri, the parcel never left the store. I went back to the shop to query it, and the only response I got was "All packages go out same day". Looking at other revies on here I'm not the only person who has experienced the same thing at this store. I just hope the store owners are enjoying their new product...
Always rude workers not willing to help you when asked simple questions.
After queuing for a whole 15 seconds they told me they we'rent taking Evri parcels for the whole weekend as it's Pride weekend and they are supposedly too busy. Won't be coming on Monday to return from there, but won't be using any more on the other 50 weeks of the year either. This is not how you should be treating customers.
Be cautious returning Hermes parcels here. I returned an expensive smartphone to Amazon here with Hermes. The seemingly helpful man said he would stick the sticker on the box for me, gave me the receipt and off I went. A week later, I got an email from Amazon stating the mobile phone had been replaced by a packet of happy shopper custard creams. I strongly suspect that it was this shop, as it was where I returned the parcel, and they sell the biscuits that Amazon said was returned instead of the phone. If you just return your parcel here, please at least take pictures of your parcel. It will make it much easier if they take it.
Went in today to buy tobacco and aas served by a young man who was clearly unwell or on something (drink or drugs) slurring his words , dribbling all over the till . It came to double the amount and before I could speak he started throwing up behind the counter. Tried looking for someone and no one was there .he stood up so I left . Surely there should be someone else there or knew that the shop keeper was in no fit state to serve
The photo pictured is not Boss & Co, that's next door, and if ypu want a true opinion they could do with lowering some of their prices. Very polite staff, and helpful to a fault.
