   Tracking down that elusive second hand part for your car can be a real nightmare, but Breakerlink made it so easy. Just pop in you Reg and the part you're looking for and sit back and wait for the offers to roll in, which happens very quickly. They really saved me a whole load of head scratching and dead end web searching. Once you've ordered your part, delivery is relatively quick and, when I'd fought my way through the extensive protective packaging, the part was perfect. Very happy with the service and communication I received in response to my enquiries. Should I need any parts in future, I would certainly save a whole load of hassle and go straight to Breakerlink.

Easy to use, place your request, wait and select from your quotes and pay, delivery is quick Latest was Crawshaw Car Parts Ltd ….quote was supplied which was selected from several, accepted and delivered quickly. Part arrived well packaged in a few days and was fitted without issue. Very happy with process and outcome.

   Excellent idea for a parts website...I paid for part I needed when quoted...only then to be told by seller they had no stock, refund given...2nd time round I checked before buying, was told they had stock (different seller) but got message that courier let them down?? Refund given. 3rd time lucky...part arrived and was perfect wrapped well and arrived quickly.

   Service from breaker link itself was fine. However, I paid (over the odds) for the car part after speaking to the garage. They had the part on the shelf and it was 2 days for shipping. As soon as they took the money it was “no longer available”. They now had get one from Europe, which is another 7 to 10 days shipping. No partial refund offered for the inconvenience. I had to chase for a tracking number 10 days in, which I never received. Finally I had an email 14 days later to say that part in question had gone. I would and I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for another one they had located in Europe. The garage in question is Macclesfield Garage Services. Breaker link should fully vet the suppliers on their system. Get rid of people who say they have something when they clearly don’t - they are clearly middle men. You just have to look at their reviews (which I wish I had done prior). I cancelled my garage appointment 3 times. Had to drive a works van for 3 weeks, which is heavy on diesel. All this so I could wait for them to get their act together, then eventually be let down. Zero customer service or care, just easier for them to eventually refund the money.

   Easy to use. Appreciated the warning that one reply was from a company not on the Breaker Link service. They were far more expensive but wasn't sure if more was better. This reason and others made me not USD them.
