Good marks and spencer store on the high street, just outside the bus station. The clothes bit was very quiet but it nice and relaxed to look around, picked up a winter had which was a bargain at £10.
Popped in, one evening in late September, looking for a pair of trousers for a new job/ work. It was near closing time and I was against the clock. My experience was a Great reminder how excellent M&S is. The sales assistance in the women’s department where absolutely brilliant, so very helpful in finding my correct size and suitable styles. The sales assistance found me two fantastic pairs of smart trousers. I tried them on , perfect fit and purchased . I absolutely love them. So soft, comfortable, easy to wash and wear. Excellent value . I’m very grateful to the brilliant sales staff who were so kind and helpful. I often find clothes shopping daunting, this experience has reminded me that shopping for clothes can be easy, fun and rewarding. I’m very grateful to fab sales team in the woman department . Thank you .
My wife went in looking for clothing and we were so lucky to come across Honey which was the most amazing person. She helped with all the measurements and finding what works best. her calming tone and patience was much appreciated due to my wife having wedding day last min anxiety shopping. Honey is a credit to M&S and i think embodies their values to what we come to expect and more. If this could get passed onto her I would be very grateful!!
What’s not to like! I LOVE this place! Prices are VERY reasonable. I wanted it all! Go go go
Today was pride day in Brighton and the staff was all geared up and joined in with the celebrations as in dressing up and being very bubbly foodhall nice and clean very big selection and the new products. One thing I did find a little bit disappointing was a member of staff leaning over the box of cutlery and talking to the management..
The M&S Food section has a good range of high-quality products. The Sparks card 'scan-as-you-shop' feature makes a small shop more convenient. The only room for improvement would be for Food customers not to have to walk past aisles of underwear to do their shopping.
Marks and Spencer Brighton isn't large but sells a reasonable selection of items. The coffee is great but the restaurant a bit dark and dull, it could do with updating. Good central position.
In Marks just had fantastic service from Orla in children's wear on the tills, Western Road Marks, Brighton. What a helpful, professional young lady, thank you so much Orla. You made a tricky day brighter and restored my faith in human beings, your kindness to a stranger brought tears to my eyes!! Hope your managers read this and give you a promotion or some vouchers!! They are lucky to have you on the team x
