Love visiting this store. The developing and scanning options are the most sensibly priced in Brighton, given that they even use very old machines. They are clear about the turn around times for each option too, and not too pushy about promoting the quicker ones. The actual filmstock there is also sensibly priced. Most of the colour film ranges from £10-16, and most B&W film ranges from £6.50-9. As opposed to many other shops who charge £12 for the same B&W films. There’s an awesome range of rare cameras in there too, all in display cabinets which are great to look at whilst you wait to be served. To my knowledge, they are the owners’ personal collection for sale, and they all are beautiful. Everybody who works there is polite, very knowledgeable, and welcoming.

Very nice and helpful people, I'm always very satisfied with their services. They've helped me to understand how to operate my old film camera and always have my prints on time ! I recommend greatly

Friendly service, the worst possible passport photos ever. No criticism considered so had to retake in Sainsbury's photo kiosk round the corner. Not recommended

Sorry Eddie but you fail! Did a terrible shoddy job you didn't do what I asked / paid for... what you did was the lazy way! What I gave you was png pictures so thier shouldn't been any background.. but you went ahead and did that anyways. Its like you printed out what i gave you & slapped on a giant sticker....its all wrong. All in wrong place the font & image is is to small. I asked for black not purple. The bottom picture is in the wrong place, its to small.!!..i DIDNT WANT ANY OF THAT WHITE BACKGROUND..and you say you dont do cuts? I mean a you couldnt cut round it with a pair of scissors?? Itss terrible. I just dont like it..sorry Worst £21 ever spent that ill never get back!! Not happy at all!!

I went to have my passport picture taken somewhere which had great reviews. The pictures and paper used were awful. Went back to Kodak Express in open Market which I had used before. Fantastic passport picture, great quality and colour and Probably best in Brighton. I had been to then twice so far and will definitely recommend.

Went in there yesterday to scan a passport. The member of staff gave me a usb stick and use of the computer to email the scans to myself and was very helpful. HOWEVER I had another item that I needed to scan the next day. He told me to pop back and we would do the same thing again. When I returned the next day another person was running the shop. This man was very rude and incredibly unhelpful. I told him what I needed to do and he said that they can’t do that. I told him I had done it yesterday and was told to return today and he just stood there like a lemon. I made a trip all the way out there for nothing when CLEARLY this is a service they can do AND offer as I had done it in the same shop less than 20 hours earlier! First guy was very helpful but the second guy doesn’t even know what services his own shop offers! Luckily I found another place 200 yards down the road with a member of staff that actually want to help customers!

I went in to get passport photo nothing special, I was charged £8, two days latter my stepfather also had his done plus my sisters. The cost had increased to £19.99 for the 2 sets, also his pictures were very poor, he even said to the owner that they were not very good, the owners response was dismissive, and he said that he could come back if they were not good enough. When dealing with the passport office things are already difficult enough, & photos from the photo booths are of a much higher quality. As a family we will never use this shop again.
