I’m surprised by how many positive reviews there are here. I’d suggest only selling your car here if you’re desperate for the money. I was given a price online that seemed reasonable, but when I arrived, they revised it down by 20%. They do some scoring from 1 to 5, and because my car wasn’t in ‘showroom’ condition, I got offered less. The excuse they gave was that they can’t make any assumptions about cars before they arrive — which is utter nonsense. They should absolutely assume that a 2018 Fiesta is no longer in showroom condition. Anyway, I didn’t sell to them. I advertised it myself and ended up getting more than their original offer. So yeah — go here if you’re desperate.
