   Used for the first time for major service and sparks on a 996. One new coil installed was faulty on way home so took it back and they fitted new spark and coil for free while I waited. Car feels really nice after the service and they advised any potential issues spotted while servicing. Nice guys who certainly know their stuff and would recommend.

   got me booked in quickly, diagnosed the problem and seem to have fixed it, cost are being covered by the dealer i purchased the car from and when i went to collect he let me take the car even though the dealer hadn't paid yet... great service/communication and definitely will use again if i need or for future servicing

   Wasn’t particularly impressed. Had major service done on Cayenne Turbo S. Washers still didn’t work and was told they aren’t adjustable...so I adjusted them myself and they work perfectly now. Tyre pressures all over the a place after service. No check sheet and have absolutely no idea what was done on service. Brakes still squeal at front cause they dont clean brakes on major service I was told. Fitted a brand new exhaust box for me and it leaked like a sive and rattled like mad where they had banged it up against heat shield both sides of box so have fixed myself. Cheaper than Porsche...granted but I’d rather pay the extra whatever it is and have it done right and not have to fix myself after. Not good. Sorry won’t use again. Have emailed them and had reply within a few days but no offer of fixing the issues.
