They have very few options for food and they also stop serving alcohol at 11pm. Editing: the staff are nice, but this Tescos is dreadful, the options they have for food is literally everything no one wants and it's gotten worse. It makes me wonder how they choose what to stock?. Because the choices are diabolical. It's so annoying as this is my local tescos. So now I end up going to waitress which is super expensive.

Make pay at pump only obvious! A bit of paper flapping around in the wind is not seen. Even the pump doesn’t say it’s pay at pump only! Staff response: “You’d have to speak to a manager about that”, yeh or you could do your job and tell a manager? God is there any staff training whatsoever?

I use this Tesco Express quite often as it’s the only store in my area which is open 24 hours. However, I drove there tonight to buy some essentials and fill up with petrol and the entrance to the store was barricaded up with a handwritten sign on the window that said ‘Closed all night. No staff. Sorry!’. It was a minor inconvenience for me, but it meant I then had to find an alternative, which isn’t easy at 2am in the morning!

The person serving tonight - 7pm needs to acknowldege customers when they say hello or good evening instead of ignoring. If she doesn't like the job she should find a new job - no need for bad manners.

I came in on a Tuesday and Kurt was very polite and super helpful. He was very paitent and knowledgeable about the allgergy advice in the free from section of the store

I go for petrol and the odd store purchase. There is always a queue and people who fill their tyres with air always block access to the pumps. The area next to the machine and the cashpoint is very untidy and always blocked with the metal cages used for produce delivery this inevitably has a knock on effect in traffic backing up onto the road. Also there should be signage to say that if drivers need to shop in store they should move their vehicle into the car park after purchasing their petrol. Tesco is a really good supermarket but this one has room for improvement.

02/05/2020, Saturday afternoon: 3 shop floor shelf stackers not respecting social distancing, all brushing past my baby and I as if times haven't changed. Appreciate that all supermarket staff are putting themselves at risk but that means they need to be extra careful and considerate

Be very careful with any petrol money off voucher'. After filling my car up and presenting my Tesco card and voucher which was in date I was told that it could not be exchanged at this station and I would have to travel to Worthing some 15 mile away. I paid cut my Tesco card up and vowed never to shop there again. Roll on Sainsbury's and nector.

Good. Filled my car's tank here. Open 24 hours which is always useful.
