   Consistently 4 or 5p more per litre than anywhere else I go, I give up trying to get a decent sandwich you'll need to go in the main shop, also they are clearly too lazy to ever fill up the receipt paper at the pump

   How heartless! This morning while paying for petrol, a young mum with little girl who needed the toilet. The cashiers bluntly refused to let the little girl use the toilet. Season of goodwill and all that!!!!!

   What a wonderful abundance of customer service NOT. It's Bank holiday Easter Monday morning at 9.30am. I had a scratch card I had won £2 on. The more mature woman with her hair tied back said she couldn't give me my winnings because I had not scratched the ticket enough and it was not displaying the number she needed. Unfortunately I didn't have a coin on me only my phone. She said she had nothing to scratch it off with and refused to help. Surely there was a penny in the till or something out of the back of the counter she could have found to help me. She just raised her hands up several times. Well thanks I will take my business elsewhere. If you can't try to help people, don't want to help find a different job that doesn't involve customer service.

   I was here on 05/06/23. My husband bought petrol, then we went to an appointment. After the appointment, I had notifications from my bank saying hundreds of pounds had gone out instead of the correct amount. HOWEVER, this did turn out to be a glitch in the banking app, which I did not find out until much later. I just want to clarify that. At the time, I was instantly in a state of worry, and started having an anxiety attack. We returned to the petrol station to tell them about the sudden influx of notifications about money leaving the account, and asked if they could check for us whether the pay at pump had glitched, or if the issue was my bank. I would like to give credit to the people working that day, for being swift in their response, and patient with me as I tried to explain what was going on, and my concerns. They took our details, and contacted us within half an hour of us being there. Everything did work out in the end, and I greatly appreciated the reassurance they were able to give me that the pump had not taken the additional amounts of money, which my bank glitch wrongly showed as being absent. (For further context for those unaware: The pay at pump auto charges the max amount, then auto refunds once payment is made for the actual amount. My bank glitch decided to do this three times over, but didn't show the amount as having returned until today.) In all, I would highly rate the customer service and support of this petrol station. Thank you for helping me on a very difficult day.

   Convenient to use and reasonably priced tobacco. The self service petrol is convenient but I find it irrating that the printer for receipts never works. The staff lack any customer service skills. Most of them are surly and barely speak, unless it is to chat between theirselves or across you. I definitely do not come here for the staff, only location and prices.

   Anyone else been served by that young 'girl' the rudest thing I think I've ever come across. Piles you with daggers and then stares at you while you go back to your car. Comes with no manners and everything is an effort. Then the dragon comes out and they start chatting away while they're suppose to be serving you. Not sure why Tesco would hire such people to represent their chain.

   Why is it that the staff here are so unfriendly and rude ? I travel many miles and always fill up at different Tesco petrol stations, and yet its always Lewes that is so unhelpful.............Please do a review of your staff working practises at this location .....they are really letting you down. The women today was totally ignorant, she didn't know anything about social distancing rules and blamed her manager because there were no clear signs about how many persons were allowed in the petrol station at one time...... Just pitiful after all we are going through.

   Love the price of the fuel and payment options but printer often out of service. And if all other pumps in use then it is impossible to print at different pump. Point of paying at the pump is to save time.

   It's a petrol station! Staff are friendly enough, the air thing for tyres is rarely broken and it's conveniently placed. Occasionally have supply issues in the shop and until the replace the broken pump it'll remain busy at certain times of day.
