   Consistently awful. Protective gloves and tissues dispensers at each pump are always empty. Staff inside shop always claim ‘out of stock’. 30% of all pumps are closed off with yellow covers for ‘out of stock’ and normally more than half diesel pumps ‘out of order/stock’. The few pumps that are ‘Pay at Kiosk’ are normally ‘out of order’. Basically it is dreadfully managed. Terrible place and not worth going there to saving a penny for the aggravation. How embarrasing for a major company -Tesco

   Came to this petrol station as it was late & google maps stated it was open? (Self serve), pulled up to a lit pump, put card in, card accepted, went to take the pump AND it was locked closes?!?! Might be time to change your open hours on google??!! Or train staff properly to not lock up the self serve pumps at night?!

   31/01/2023,oil prices on global market around $80 for the last few months but we still paying £1.70 for diesel.Scammers together with other companies and corrupted government

   Was charged £120 today but only took diesel of £40.02. No idea who to contact as only a random customer services number that gets you nowhere.

   Never felt the need to rate and review a petrol station before, however with what is going on with this unnecessary panic buying situation at the moment, I want to praise how this petrol station is dealing with it. When they have fuel, the staff are dealing and organising the queues really quite well. Clearly giving instructions about no jerry cans, and which pump to use. What this means is that even though there is the queues at the moment, you will not be in it particularly long! Well done Tesco Shoreham, really genuinely quite impressed.

   They have rectified the issue but found 2 pumps faulty which results in paying more than you received. Took video evidence the 2nd time (Go Pro camera - not mobile phone which obviously you can't use), they still insisted there wasn't an issue however the following day the 2 pumps where taped off and within a week an engineer repairing. On calculation this worked out to be £1000 a week extra income falsely claimed. Update 26th Dec 2018 - another pump charging for fuel that isn't being dispensed. This time as nobody else was using the petrol station both staff members were able to observe first hand and no denying - they admitted there was an issue and proceeded to close that pump off.
