   I had my works van booked in today for an mot and service, much to my dispare it did not pass the mot and had a list of issues that needing fixing. However much to my surprise they managed to source the parts and get it back up and running by closing time. As a tradesman if you do not have transport that means a days money lost. It was hard to fathom how a garage can be so sufficient, but they are. The reception staff are welcoming and can answer any questions you have and the team of mechanics are top teir. Great work from CSN Autos. Thank you!

   Back in early July I booked my Nissan Qashqai 2015 car with 120k miles into CSN Autos after misfuelling and asking for the fuel pump to be replaced. While it was with them, they carried out a full inspection and picked up several issues, including a split CV gaiter and leaking driveshaft seal, a faulty battery, brake fluid close to the limit, and low engine oil. They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me, and only recommended work that genuinely made sense to prevent future problems. I decided to go ahead, and the difference was immediate – the car drove better than it ever has. What really impressed me was their honesty. When I asked about the suspension advisory, they told me not to worry and that it didn’t need doing until my service in September. No upselling, no scare tactics, just straightforward, genuine advice. Finding a garage that will save you money, instead of pushing for unnecessary work, says a lot. Fast forward from July to my MOT and service, and their advice proved exactly right. The car passed with only a rear wiper blade needing replacement. No hidden issues, no surprises, nothing contradicting what they told me months earlier. That consistency and accuracy shows how thorough and trustworthy they truly are. CSN Autos might not be the cheapest in town, but the quality of work, attention to detail, care, and honesty are worth every penny. They gave me confidence that the car is safe, reliable and not going to suddenly let me down. I couldn’t ask for more from a garage.

   Excellent garage! Ive given them this rating because: - the staff are very helpful and take the time to explain what is happening with your car if you have more major work to be done. - nothing is too much trouble- it doesn’t matter if the job is worth £10 or £1000, they will put the same amount of effort in to both. - they explain your options to you and help you make the right decision for your situation. - they are incredibly customer focused - the work they do is great quality. I’ve always been 100% happy with the work they’ve carried out.

   I’d give 6 stars if I could. First time using CSN and now I won’t be using anywhere else ever again! The Service was exceptional. everyone was really friendly and super helpful. I missed a call and by the time I’d called back I had missed the cut off time for the parts to be ordered. I Was expecting the car in for another day but they had ordered the parts anyway so as soon as I gave the go ahead they got it sorted and the car was done same day! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks CSN

   Right before Christmas I thought I had an issue with my breaks and I called up the garage to see if they could check them for me. They kindly fitted in my car to check it for me so that I knew if my car was safe to drive over the Christmas period despite being fully booked. They then told me that my car was okay to drive and although the breaks are wearing down there isn’t a rush for me to get them sorted. Very kind, honest people. Highly recommend.

   I cannot recommend these guys more. They are honest, hard working, helpful and are always trying to help. I bought a vehicle that after two weeks has a clutch issue, they have offered useful advice and performed a health check on my vehicle. And did this for free. They broke down the costs and went through everything quickly with me. I've been here before a few times and always had an outstanding service.
