   Seven Cellars is hands down one of the best wine shops I have ever visited. The moment you step in, you're greeted by staff who are incredibly friendly, approachable, and truly knowledgeable, they make exploring new wines feel exciting, not intimidating. Their stock is genuinely fantastic, specializing in unique and interesting wines and beers you simply won't find in larger stores. The staff are happy to spend time guiding you to choose something new and delicious. On one of my recent visits, I was absolutely thrilled to randomly spot a bottle of Orion by Sean Thackrey, a testament to the depth and quality of their selection! Beyond the fantastic array of bottles, a special mention must go to the olives they stock; seriously, they are the greatest olives I have ever had. Whether you're a wine novice or a seasoned enthusiast, the team at Seven Cellars provides an exceptional, personal service. Highly, highly recommend supporting this fantastic local Brighton business!
