Very happy with the service and recommendations. Took two of the roses based on samplings and for Reds the recommendations turned out to be great. As long as you’re looking to spend between £10-15 a bottle this is the best place to go.
Rough as guts but free tasting, i think thats how they get people back.. Customer service was a bit bad. 2 people at the tills serving...... both helping 1 bloke with a full trolley and letting the queue get longer than a comets tail. Then after the pair of the blokes helped this 1 guys, that's when they decided to open 2 tills. Was this bloke a friend or something???? Was selling and taste testing port and didn't know much about it nor how else to help which was a little disappointing. Would've thought they would either have the tasting bottle to buy or at least know of a bottle similar to it. Free booze bought it to 2 star but should've really gotten 1.5 atar
A very good selection of wines. I purchased 6 and saved £20 in doing so. The salesman carried the box to my car and provided an A4 sheet with a full description of the 6 different wines I purchased.
OK, not the cheapest, but what a fabulous selection, and buy six bottles, the price becomes more attractive! Very friendly and helpful staff.
I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Always have new samples to recommend and try, and the tasting evenings are great. Great range, and some great wines in the parcel series.

Staff always really friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Great loyalty program. Sure you might pay more on average than supermarket prices but worth it for the tasting and guidance in store. Plus you can still find plenty of gems at the £7 mark
