   My wife’s Discovery Sport broke down on Friday and was towed into JSF early evening. I phoned on Monday morning and was told that they were taking bookings about four weeks out. I explained that I needed to get to Hospital for Oncology appointments. They could not commit but said they would look at the car when they could. I got a call later that afternoon to say that they had the part available and would start work the next day. Car ready for collection at midday. Thank you to all at JSF, really appreciate your help and service. I would highly recommend you.

   My Partner took his Range Rover to have a few items worked on, Ian kept us upto date daily, very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all that needed action. Job well done by the mechanic David.    Brilliant . The best garage I have ever had the pleasure of leaving my car with. After many problems with my car the previous garage told me to take it to JSF .. I did and there I discovered what a serious professional garage is. Some local garages profess to be diligent and competent, charge very high costs for little service and lack a genuine responsibility for the vehicles they are maintaining. I would 100% recommend JSF in Norwich especially if you are like me and do not know much about the cars mechanics. Thank you Ian for looking after us so well .
