I recently visited MJ GARAGE to have some issues with my car addressed. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. The diagnostics were incorrect, and despite being charged £135 and leaving my car for three days, the initial problems were not resolved and have since worsened. I felt that the service lacked professionalism and attention to detail that one would expect at this price point. It was disappointing to have this outcome after the time and money spent.
Fixed engine cylinders and blown head gasket swiftly without any issues. Mareks did a great job.
This is the only garage I use and it's well worth the travel to get there. The guys working there are honest, reliable and go out of their way to fit you in. They're very personable and friendly and will talk through all works with you. As a young woman, it's been difficult over the years to find a trustworthy garage but this is most certainly the most trustworthy one there is in Norwich in my experience. They will never tell you you need more work than necessary and their prices are very competitive. Strongly recommend this garage for anyone in need of a good reliable garage with friendly staff who will go above and beyond to help you as soon as possible.
Took my Mercedes C Class here for a full service. The gentleman in charge was very helpful as I took my own parts with the air filter being incorrect and would not fit. He ordered me the correct part in order to complete my service. Also performed an overall health check free of charge. Will definitely be back, thanks!
Replaced timing chain kit on my bmw 3 series and removed other issues with my car. Best price I could find in Norwich. They did the job quicker than expected. Genuine and very friendly people.

BEST GARAGE I'VE EVER BEEN TO. Not only do they complete exactly what work you want efficiently (removed badly rusted exhaust and fitted new one in 25 minutes), they are the nicest and most down to earth lads out there. Very competitive pricing (way cheaper than main stream ones) and yet great quality and really great atmosphere. Just chat to the guys, really friendly and know their stuff ( ask owner about his cars and the work he's done). Like the saying goes, don't judge a book by it's cover. Cheers guys, will be back when I need help. UPDATE: Since this review, have been back another 2 times. 2nd was to again install a new bit of exhaust, and 3rd was to install new lowering springs to suspension all around and some new brake pads. As usual, great chat and really great job. Absolutely spot on service and no problems whatsoever. See you when I see you lads, cheers.
