Excellent customer service. Had a delivery which hadn't turned up. They resent the delivery through a different company for the next day, and refunded me the delivery cost. All this was done over email and made the process very easy. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Vape UK. Their products, pricing, delivery and customer service is spot on! I recently had an issue with a couple of bottles which I had been sent. Michael handled my issue with professionalism, care and patience. Within one day he had contacted the manufacture, got a more than satisfactory response, communicated this with me and arranged for replacement and complimentary bottles. The speed and efficiency which Michael dealt with the problem was beyond impressive. I also really love their points scheme which rewards loyal customers and the fact that they use DPD as their choice of courier, no amount of postal strikes stopped my husband or I vaping our way through Christmas. I wouldn’t look anywhere else for my vapes or juices. The icing on the cake is the chocolate that you pop in every order - you know the way to the heart is through the stomach. #michaelforprimeminister
Have been using Vape UK for a while now, have never had an issue. Little things like loyalty points and a branded chocolate in every delivery make this company stand out in what is currently I imagine a very crowded competitive market.
Extremely disappointed and feel ill-treated with my purchase. I returned a faulty product along with extras I purchased. Due to Vape Uk insisting I returned certain products without their packaging but I returned exactly how I received my end. Never received a full refund. One certain item they said was on CCTV as having packaging. I asked for this and never got a reply. As well, the items they haven’t refunded they still have and will probably sell on and post how I also received. Please be careful what you’re ordering if you choose to at all. Take videos of unpacking your orders in the case faulty. I have spoken with others who have also had issues with this company. I will continue to spread my experience with as many people as I can.
