    My car eventually found it's sayto these guys after sitting at my local repair garage for 7 weeks, they could not identify problem. Has car transported to R & S and within days they told me what was wrong. They went above and beyond to fix the issue, and within 10 days my car is working again. They are very thorough and if you have a BMW I would not hesitate to recommend this team. After 1000 miles they have advised me to take it back to them where they will do necessary steps to ensure everything is OK. I'm going to ask them for a full service and mot. I trust them and they are very competitive in price too. I can't thank them enough for all their care and professionalism.

    First time ! Excellente experience! Friendly service and above all honest. They saved me nearly £500 just by being honest. Changed flywheel, clutch kit, air filter and gear box oil on my BMW E60. Did all of it in 3 hours. Good price also for amount of work! Got themselves a new customer. Going back to upgrade my CCC Screen to Android Car Play and will be going back for everythibg my car needs. Thank you guys!

    Arunas and his team are absolute car wizards! Their standard of work is amazing they done a complete engine swap on my mk2 golf, and fitted a 1.8t from an Audi. Extremely fair prices and no hidden extras. when ever I have an issue they get to sorting it straight away they are always friendly and happy to help.. there isn’t many places that provide a survive like these guys!     I found RS after multiple searches online and let downs. My initial problem was airport car park guy trashed the ignition system and steering lock completely on my E36 M3. At one point I thought the car was written off. Although Rimi managed to start it, and then went on to completely rebuild the ignition system. He even worked late into the night so I could have the car for a trip in time. No other garage in Norwich would have done this from my experience. These guys have awesome BMW knowledge and I cannot recommend enough in words! Thankyou for rescuing my car!
