Excellent service and great value!! Had a problem with my 2013 DS3 1.6 Petrol. After having a diagnostic done elsewhere and being told the car needed to go to the manufacturer I was very worried about the cost to fix the car!! Googled Citroën specialists near me and these guys popped up and I couldn't be happier. Nathan was very helpful and explained everything, even phoning me at each step checking we were still within budget. Car was fixed within a day at a VERY reasonable price......would deffo recommend!!
Most deserved 5 star review I've ever given on Google. Fitted us in in-between Christmas and new years eve and got us back on the road after a breakdown extremely promptly- very friendly and great advice offered. Thank you Nathan and MRC Garage.
After being ripped off by a couple of other garages in Norwich, I decided to look online and found this garage for my 92 year old father to get his car MOT'd and serviced at. Nathan and his team always went the extra mile to help my dad because of his age and limited mobility, even coming to pick his car up/bring it back for him. Decent pricing and quality workmanship, can highly recommend them!
Contacted MRC about some warning lights that had appeared on my DS4, they correctly diagnosed it over the phone! Dropped off Thursday night, phone call on Tuesday to say it was fixed and ready for collection! They even fixed some other small bits and it all came in at under their original quote. Never felt rushed, and they even invited me into the garage to show me the old parts they had replaced. I’ll be taking my cars here for all servicing and works in the future. Superb service all round.
Hadn't used this company until a couple of days ago but will definitely be going back as very helpful and obliging. I definitely recommend them.
Couldn't be more helpful, Had a fault light which was showing immission fault a part was ordered which was expensive,when car was taken in the light was off,no fault was shown so instead of fitting part and it being an expensive repair MRC said see how things go Lots of places would have carried out the work even if not needed. Will definitely use in the future!!
