    Absolutely disgraceful staff members at your sutherland Road store Brighton, they have a new cash machine so I asked if it was OK to use, after being told yes I proceed to use the machine only for it to swallow my card. When I asked a member of staff for help I was told to go ask someone else because she couldn't be bothered to deal with it. I then ask someone else for advice only to be told my card will be automatically destroyed when the machine is open and that I shouldn't have used it in the first place as there was no money inside. Now I was previously told I was welcome to use it so why AFTER my card was taken was I told not to use it. I will never give u my customer again as your staff were very rude and unhelpful.

    I don't particularly enjoy writing an 'average at best' review of my local shop. However, it's infuriating that they consistently stock out of date food & milk. I bought milk yesterday, got home and it was 3 days out of date already (obviously I should've checked!). The staff can also be rude at times and when you add in the fact that the ceiling is falling down, all in all it's not the greatest local (especially compared to Mulberry's, Second Ave)!

    This is my nearest shop and they have everything you need in a basic way and the staff are very friendly and personable, however it is quite expensive. It's also a PayPoint and sells alcohol and tobacco

    The store is the center of our community in craven area and sutherland rd .the shop is very competitively priced with loads of special offers .the staff are wonderful l can't strd ess this enough .always there to help .kind and helpful.dog friendly always a bowl of water outside .polite and caring to young and old.lve lived across the road for 13.years so l speak from experience .l can't praise the shop enough .

    I just want to say that I have never met such a rude bunch of young idiots that you call staff that work in the Grand Parade branch in Brighton. In general they are kids,they are dirty,they are always eating produce and are constantly mucking about.The shop is also in a right mess and not just on delivery days.If this is what you ncall quality staff then you should call in the manager and ask a few questions.I only spend about £100 per week there but will not ever again... Not 34 Sutherland Road.....Its Grand Parade!!....Jesus,you can;t get that right either...
