Our Audi went in for a damaged bumper due to being reversed into by a third party, we expected a repair and repaint to the area damaged, yet it became clear on collecting the car these guys are professionals the repair looked as if the car had come out of the showroom. Very poor service, had my vehicle for 8 weeks for a side impact damage, very limited and not at all proactive. Finally got the car back after being told by one of the staff that they 'weren't paid to help with that'! Then when I left the repair is substandard - the front door is bent and whistles from a wind gap and leaks - not even checked before final sign off! So I'll have to back through all the hassle of the insurers again... Disappointing to say the least.
Had car taken in for front end repair which took 2 months from my claim to when the car actually went in. It went in for nearly a month. Got car back 2 weeks ago and have been having a few problems with our parking sensors since the work. Which we never had even with the damage. Got to admit I am not entirely convinced with their professionalism in matters of communication and total work. But when i picked up the car it looked good and the receptionist was very polite.
They didn’t fight to get the right job done on my car. They just went along with the insurance mechanics. I have had to pay loads to get my car rectified!
Went to this excellent car repair shop to fix my damaged Fiat 500 bumper after an altercation with a pheasant !!. These guys did a fantastic job, my car is back to how it was when it came out of the showroom. Very friendly and helpful staff providing a high level of customer service. Will definitely recommend.
I don't usually write reviews for a lot of things, if I do then it's to have a good complain about a product or service, like most of us! But this one is a good one and I wanted to because I was overwhelmed with the whole experience. Took my Jaguar to get an estimate for the work and despite shopping about, these guys were were HALF the price of other quotes. Service was fantastic, dealt through Adam and Richard and were really helpful friendly guys. Work was completed in 5 days, (obviously depending on the extent of your car damage) needing a whole bumper spray, new grill, badge and a dent out of the bonnet and respray. The work carried out was exceedingly brilliant. Made it all look brand new. Cannot recommend these guys enough and hoping I don't have anymore mishaps, if I do, I'll be returning and go nowhere else. See for yourself. Thanks guys so much and I really appreciate it.
Can't recommend Richard and the Autodoc team enough. Thoroughly professional and friendly service from start to finish. My usual garage didn't want to take on the job when my bonnet release cable broke on my Scirocco and had advised taking it to a body shop. The job wasn't too much hassle for Autodoc who took it on and turned it around quickly and at a very reasonable rate. Really lovely team, will be sure to use and recommend in the future. Thanks!
These guys have been great on the two occasions we've needed to touch up the paintwork on our Fiat 500. The first time around, we needed our replacement wing mirror cap painting to match the rest of the car - the guys did this for us in a few hours at a fraction of the manufacturer price, and it looked great. The second time we needed some scuffs repairing before it went back at the end of the PCP - again, great work and you'd have never known there were any damages previously. Highly recommended - honest, quick, professional, quality and fairly priced.
