I needed unexpected assistance of a garage while visiting Norwich last weekend. Steven (in particular) and team went out of their way to make the time to look at my car (and sort the issue out) at very short notice. I am very grateful for their compassion and fantastic customer care and service.
Very friendly & very helpful guys. Waiting room lovely. I booked in for a new battery but I didn't need one so I can get a refund. Wonderful service. Can't fault them.
I almost never leave reviews but I had a really great customer service experience yesterday. I was fitted in within a very reasonable time without an appointment. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything well. They price matched online without prompting and I felt like they really wanted to help me out. I don’t always feel like this as a woman in garages. Really great job. Hard working guys!
ALWAYs excellent service. Friendly, fast and thorough. Just time for a nice cup of coffee (provided) and a sit down in the comfortable reception area. Also liked the openness of the place - large windows give you visual access to your car; for those who are interested. Plus the people who work there care and know their stuff!
Excellent and very hardworking staff. Often unappreciated by their customers. The Senior managers at Kwik Fit HQ should appreciate them too. Pay them more.
I got a bolt through my tyre on Sunday morning at 9am, and with the help of the AA I limped my car to Kwik Fit Dereham Rd. Tim and the team were absolutely fantastic! They took my car in, did a preliminary inspection, discussed my options (being 2 new front tyres and realignment), they quoted me a very reasonable price, kept me updated on its progress along the way and I was back on the road by 11.45am. Terrific service, would highly recommend them!
Thank you so much to Tim and the team! Squeezed me in at no notice on Christmas Eve to put a new tyre on after getting a puncture. When I called rather than just saying sorry we are full he told me to just come when I can and he would fit me in which he did! He didn’t stop on the phone working on cars really lovely guy thank you!
Cheyenne who I spoke with today was absolutely amazing. She is full of knowledge and knows exactly what to do! She is the best person I have ever spoke with that works with kwik fit, everyone else seems to know nothing and tries to run your money. cheyenne was lovely, friendly and honest! Will definitely be asking to speak to her next time !!
These guys are genuinely amazing.. had a problem with the car Sat morning, took it in, they were super busy but took time to diagnose the issue and offer solutions.. Fair to say they went 150% out of their way to sort me out. Needed a new starter motor in the end and they fitted the work in-between jobs they had on. True to their word it was all ready Monday morning. I was so impressed by their professionalism, and I am sure Tim had to work extra hours Sunday to get it all sort. As I say they were short staffed but huge thanks primarily to Tim who sorted the main bit of work so brilliantly and I think it was Callum (?) apologies if i got that wrong, who helped diagnose the issues and initially dealt with me. So very grateful to Tim and everyone for their fab work - Thank you! Chris
