We made a family visit to Phase 8 at Milton Keynes today, for my daughter’s wedding. My nieces and one of my other daughters are bridesmaids and we were looking for suitable dresses, WOW Phase 8, you did not disappoint. Even my partner commented ‘I think that you should look in that shop, they have nice stuff!’. Your sales assistants Selmha and Shabana could not have been more helpful, helping us find the sizes that we needed and sourcing them online if they were not in store. They were also incredibly kind to my daughter and her assistance dog, who seemed to thoroughly enjoy the whole experience. Thank you so much Selmha and Shabana and thank you Phase 8!
I was looking for an outfit for my daughters wedding and Phase Eight was the first shop we went to. Imagine how delighted I was to find an absolutely gorgeous outfit straight away. Tried on the dress and loved it and before I knew it the staff had found me a jacket, shoes, bag and fascinator to match. They were all so lovely and helpful and made it a very special occasion. Thank you so much to all of you. If I am in need of another special outfit you will definitely be my first port of call. Thank you again.

Went to buy mother of the bride outfit with an idea in mind, Shabana was so helpful, keeping the dress I'd already chosen with my stepdaughter & finding the perfect jacket, shoes, bag & fascinator to make it really special, I will return to Phase Eight next time I need a special outfit
Appalling customer service. Was in the store today with my Mum trying on outfits for my wedding. One store assistant offered to show us some shoes just as an idea, and also a bag. So we found a dress my mum liked, but we’d need to alter the top half as was too big - obviously that’s a time consuming thing to do, so we wanted to think before committing. My Mum looked lovely and with the assistants help in the end was dressed up in a hat, dress, jacket, shoes and bag which would cost over £500 for the whole outfit. When we said we were going to go for lunch and have a think her attitude flipped and she was suddenly totally unfriendly and couldn’t have cared less. Does she really think someone is going to buy a whole outfit at the drop of a hat with no time for consideration?! Later my Mum went back in, just to buy the fascinator as it seemed to be the last one and we couldn’t find any online. They were rude to her, said very abruptly “have you found your outfit.” They didn’t thank her for coming back or for her purchase at all. We will never shop in this branch again and only bought the fascinator because we didn’t think we could get it elsewhere.
We first visited store in Central MK on Monday 16th Jan. Not attended too much by staff member although spoke to us. We then revised on Thursday 19th as determined to find outfits for forthcoming wedding. We cannot thank Shabana for all her time, patience, inspirations and the full outfit for mother of groom was completed and purchased.
rude shop staff! I came into this branch on Jan. 12th at about 5.45pm. On entering, I was not greeted or even acknowledged, one of the 2 store assistants just locked at her watch when we entered (it was 15 minutes before closing time and we were the only customers ) While browsing, there was no offer for help, we were completely ignored and felt treated like a nuisance for daring to come into the shop close to closing time. I found a jumper and dress I wanted to try on and made my way towards the changing rooms, Before I even had a chance to ask if I could try these items on, one of the store assistants said to me: " just so you know we close in 10 minutes!" I turned around and put the clothes back. On leaving the store, she called after me: "you still have about 10 minutes!" I am disappointed with how I have been treated and will certainly not return to that shop The High Street shops are struggling in these times and instead of valuing their customers, these two store assistants get paid to treat customers like a nuisance.Those two women are an embarrassment to Phase Eight!
So pleased with the excellent service at the MK Phase Eight store. I was looking for a jacket to complete a wedding outfit. The assistant was so helpful - her name is Gifty. She was professional, polite & very personable. She gave excellent advice & helped me accessorise my outfit. Thank you. Highly recommend.
