We took the car here on Sunday morning (21/12/25) for a front window replacement. The gent working here that day was so friendly and polite. He quickly changed the window no problem at all. He's an asset to the company.
Had my rear window replaced & a day later my boot wasn't opening. They said pop in anytime, Nathan went above & beyond (it was a faulty lock, not a result of their work!) to fix it. Can't thank him enough, brilliant service
Have small but comfy reception with toilets and water dispenser. If you have an appointment need to ring the bell and door will be open shortly. Highly recommended
I had a home appointment but because of the rain they got us in there workshop that morning and 2 hours before actual appointment. Very quick and helpful a job well done thank you
Poor callout time. It was going to take them 10 (working days) days at the earliest to be able to send someone out to replace my windscreen!! I thought replacing windscreens would be an urgent thing! This company is unfortunately the one that my insurance company use. Even so, I decided to go private and spend the extra £90 and have the repair done the next day! That's what I call good service. I will be passing this information to my insurance company.
Avoid this company been waiting 3 weeks for an appointment technician came out today (if you can call him that ) looked at the sky said it might rain jumped in his van and never came back after saying he would and now they are telling me I have to wait another 3 weeks for the next appointment absolute joke of a company AVOID AVOID AVOID
System failure as no text message for appointment sent for the second time. All communication said 60 to 90 minute appointment but got told it would be 2 and a quarter hours!
Easy to locate via Google maps. Had a pre-booked appointment through my insurance. Arrived early and was seen straight away. All done in about 20 mins. The technician did a super job filling the chip in my screen. Highly recommend!
Slow and didn't remove my sat navigation aerial prior to taking out the glass. Means the damage to the now twisted and wrenched wire means a new aerial needed. Went there because the insurance insisted.
