   If I could, I'd give 0 star!! unfortunately my experimce in this shop today was so awful, I felt I need to make other customers aware of it. The shop it self has some lovely items, affordable and quality designer items. My first expeience in this shop, earlier last year, was amazing. I was made to feel like a valued customer by the staff member who served me. I had bought a dress worth £200 and the staff member really spent time helping me to choose it. However, todays experience was totally different. The floor staff serving me was condescending, rude with the most obnoxious and extremely patronising attitude. At one point he stared me down, as I had to repeat myself to him. I went in to the shop today with the intention of purchasing a pair of cufflinks, it was meant to be a present, my daughter was buying as a gift for her dad. We had found a lovely set, but as it was a shiny gold colour, I just wanted to ensure it would retain the colour before purchasing it. so I asked the staff member if it was gold plated. The staff member seemed annoyed for being asked such question and reluctantly offered to check. When he couldn't find any details on it he told me it wouldn't be gold for that low price. I then reiterated, my question was, is it gold plated? not if its gold? I tried to explain to him, I just didn't want to buy something that may not retain the colour. He continued to repeat the same thing , "you wouldn't get gold for this price', as if to undermine me...he continued to be patronising, he then called over one of his colleague, the same person who had served me last year, he was slightly more reasonable and told me he couldn't say if the cufflinks would retain the color but would be happy to accept a return, it if it did. But the situation was made worse when the staff member repeated to his colleague that I was expecting the cufflinks to be gold. But he knew I could hear him and intentionally wanted to mock me. I just couldn't belive how this person was behaving and why ...he seemed to have this attitude, chip on his shoulder. I didn't go in there to be insulted , I went there to give them my custom. But before I left, I did politly tell him that he needs to brush up his customer service skills, otherwise he may find himself out of a job. He obviously didn't expect that from a little asian women, instead of apologising for his behaviour, he said "bye" in the most patronising tone.

   Went in to buy some black trousers, the staff are amazing, friendly, helpful. Young lady who served me was so polite and helpful and happy. A delight to go into the shop. I will definitely go back. The quality of the clothes is amazing. Great cut and quality. Thank you so much

   Superb Shop. Seem to have just the right amount of branded clothing chive inshore. Choice and available sizes are great. Lovely store and lovely staff very helpful . Recommend you pop into the store. 10/10 from me!!

   Amazing I love this shop I visit this shop atleast once a month and never leave empty handed. The clothing quality is amazing. The guys and girls are so welcoming specially jimmy. And above all nothing is too much trouble they will find anything you want and if they haven’t got it they will order it directly to your home address.

   Went there on Saturday and saw some nice things in the. Glad that it has reopened. Will definitely pop in again, even if it's just to browse. Nice selection of brands and just the right amount per brand.
