   I would highly recommend this garage. After being hesitant about selecting a garage I have never used before I can say Postmill garage did not disappoint. I have now used the garage twice and both times the service was outstanding. Polite and knowledgeable staff. Also honest and a responsible price. They managed to fit my car in as soon as they had time and also gave me an access to a courtesy car whilst waiting for my repair. Will be definitely using the garage again and recommending :)

   Good service but expensive. Got my car serviced there, website said from £139.99, it cost me £233.24. Misleading website and pricing doesn't leave a very good impression.

   Took my van in. They tried to use their plug in diagnostics machine. It didn't work which the 1st to check is the fuse. They told me in these words the mechanic checked the fuse and said it looks alright. They didn't change it nope just said its ok. So because of this they wanted to look further and charge me for this so I left with my van with 1 hour me a non mechanic changed the fuse and guess what it worked straight away and did my own diagnostics which said zero engine problems which could rule out fuel injectors and fuel pump. They dont sound to me like they have a clue what they talking about. When I went in it was almost like I was telling them the potential issues based on my research. All I got told was it could many things the same things all mechanics say when they don't know their stuff and rely fully on a diagnostics machine take that away and they would be stood around scratching their heads. I mean who would leave their vehicle with a company fully ready to take youre money because they didn't even try the fuse a company where a non mechanic told them the potential issues after being told its a can of worms and who did what they didnt in less than an hour and thats with going to purchase the fuse and then travel to get diagnostics machine. Use someone else is my advice.

   There seem to be a lot of glowing reviews for this garage and so I thought I had better leave one myself. I recently bought a second hand van which had a full service two weeks before at this garage. Literally on the way home from picking it up there were slight power problems at speed and so I thought I would investigate the fuel filter. The filter turned out to be far from new, as did the air filter. The oil had been changed but hard to tell if the oil filter was new or not. In my book, a full service includes changing all the filters and now I'm left wondering just what was done. Thanks for your reply but firstly it was less than four years ago and secondly you are responsible for your employees actions past and present.

   Do not recommend. Cross threaded the sump plug during a service, noticed their mistake but rather than be honest and tell us they just unscrewed it added an additional washer and forced it in. Obviously realising this was not the best solution to the problem they didn't tell us a thing about it, a little while later we have an oil leak and need a new sump on the bottom of the engine.

   Absolutely fantastic service. We were able to book our car in extra quick time after the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. We were quoted a very good price for the required repairs. The staff were excellent and the service was excellent. I cannot recommend this garage enough, thank you.
