Very happy to have received excellent customer service at Jigsaw in central Milton Keynes shopping centre whenever I have visited for over ten years. Well established trendy fashion store.

   I went here to buy a suit for my partners graduation. Nothing was too much for Holly and her colleague (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name!) but they were both super friendly and still very professional. I felt looked after and quite honestly didn't mind spending the £££ I did! The staff in there deserve a raise. As someone who works in customer service I know what I received was genuine, enthusiastic help, and for that I'm very grateful. The suit looked great and I felt amazing in it - thank you ladies!!!

   Very rude people! I needed to order online a pair of trainers and the stuff was very rude, how can they talk about me in front of me? Also, they didn’t like the idea of me ordering from them… The trainers are lovely, but i will never return to this store. My friend came with me when I collected and she said the ladies weren’t friendly. I asked for a carrier bag and she said to me “I don’t want to finish my resources”.

   Good quality clothing, nice looking pieces, well made with good quality material and notions used. Staff friendly and helpful. Changing rooms a good size with a proper door and plenty of hooks Didn't give five stars because it is very expensive.

   The staff in the shop were brilliant. We were purchasing clothing for our daughter’s upcoming prom. All of the staff appeared interested and were experienced enough to fully understand our requirements.
