This is my second time in this store, and I needed a gift for my father, I was delighted with Jessica's excellent service, very different to what I had seen before here in Milton Keynes, I will definitely be back soon.
Staff lovely, manager rude and unhelpful. Very disappointed, though I bought 2 jackets, but no thank you from him. He should not be a store manager, if he has no customer service skills.

I bought 2 wool products from this store. Washed them once and both shrink badly. 2 days after purchase, I came back to this store and requested the refund for the faulty product. The store manager was very rude and tried to make me understand that hand wash label means that literally wash the product by hand not using hand wash mode on machine. She refused to do the refund. Wasted my time and customer service online approved the refund and asked me to come back to store. But this store manager caused me to not willing to buy anything more in future from this brand. I wish I could rate 0 to this store!
Fantastic Ted Baker store next door to Rituals in Milton Keynes central shopping centre along Silbury Boulevard. Excellent customer service. Excellent tailored jackets and floaty Ted Baker floral wrap tops. Ted Baker Tote leather bags with dust bags and practical Ted Baker umbrellas with Ted Baker quality designs. In summer sales there is always a bargain for everyone. This store has changing rooms so you can see how clothes look in large mirrors. Clean and tidy store.
Infuriating experience after being served by a supervisor of all people. She wouldn’t accept my in-store return and cared more about her needs than the customer’s. After reaching out to the customer services team, they confirmed that I was rightly entitled to return in-store, and she was in the wrong. So it completely wasted my time and has now put me off buying from Ted Baker in future.
We went in on Tuesday lovely dark haired lady very polite and friendly and informative great layout excellent quality product looks great other staff member was equally engaging very impressed my beloved Barbara wheelchair user was very appreciative
Terrible customer service. Return was out of 30 return policy. Store manager said that the store can't process a credit note or gift card?? Be aware!! . Called customer services and they said all stores can do this. Won't be going back here again. Perhaps give the store manager some training, and customer service training.
I like Ted Baker. Designer clothing and accessories for men and women in Milton Keynes. I like this Branch in the middle of the Milton Keynes Shopping centre. I like it because the choice you find with other brands is not the same. Always limiting the fashion options. This brand goes all the way for men and women every single season. Their trends are always different so they offer a good selection of clothing and accessories for men and women. I specially like their sales. They have very good items of clothing a very good prices so if you can get a deal go for it. They compete with brands such as River Island or H&M. It is nice to go shopping to this Shopping centre and before, during or after your shopping you can have a drink, coffe, lunch, dinner without even leaving the premises. If you have the chance pay them a visit and you will be surprised how much choice you have.
Sunday 27th April. Found a lovely pair of shoes, however as it is often the case, not in my size. The sales assistant went the extra mile to locate a pair in an another store which took her the best of an hour on the phone to make sure the shoes would be reserved for me and she also organised delivery to my address. I left the store happy in the knowledge that some people still care. Thank you.
