   Staff went the extra mile. Service garage had misplaced the locking wheel nut key the month before visiting STS, I drove away, as there was nothing that could be done. That same day I got a call back and one of the lads had organised a universal kit to be brought from another branch. Managed to make it work and change the tyres successfully. Great 'Can do attitude'. Work was carried out to a high standard. Thank you.

   Started very positive. Booked our car in for tracking and camber adjustments. I was told they could do nothing. I explained I had stripped and fitted all new cv boots and track rod boots. I was told they could do both adjustments. They phoned me to say the camber needed no adjustments just the toe in. When I collected it I was told that the camber was within tolerance but they were unable to adjust, they claimed they had driven the car and all was well. Once driving our car I was aware it was pulling hard to the right. I questioned this with them and they said they would try again . Unfortunately if the camber is not done then they were unable to adjust the tracking. I have only given them 2 stars as they refunded without another nonsense. I would suggest take your car elsewhere and get it done properly by people who know what they are doing. Try postmill garage nearby. They know what they are talking about.

   All the guys top notch including Simon, Frankie, Lewis and John. There knowledge, politeness, patience was second to none. Before anything a complete tyre and brake check was done but also highlighted all thr issues. Then they talked me through what needed to be done. I was booked in for a couple of days time where all the issues were rectified. When all done the cost was most reasonable.

   Found the team very helpful and friendly when I came in on the off chance, hoping to get a new spare tire and dispose of a burst tire. Took no longer than 15 mins, no waiting around and was made so easy. Would definitely recommend. Very grateful that they could help me so quickly without notice.

   Had my vehicle booked in to have a new tyre fitted, but when I arrived at the appointed time the tyre was not available, it was agreed that I would leave my spare wheel and the tyre would be fitted and ready to go straight on when I returned the following day, it was not ready when I went back the next afternoon and the tyre hadn't been put onto the wheel. it was inconvenient but these things happen.

   Chris was very helpful sorting out the problem with my blown tyre. There was an issue with getting the tyre that I ordered which took an extra day to sort but once that was sorted out, my car was back on the road quickly.
