   Amazing work, my van broke down while on holiday in gt yarmouth. Phoned reflex auto and they towed it back to shop and fixed it within 48 hrs, could not complain for the price, really helpful and friendly people, thank you so much.    I broke down in lowestoft on my way to see Jack Dee, so about 7.30 . I contacted Rac and they said they would recover me between 11pm and 2am. I rang these guys, they were there within the hour, took great care with loading my fiesta with her newly refurbished wheels, went out of their way to go via my home so we could collect another car and delivered my car to my usual repair garage. They would have given us a lift home had we not thought of collecting another car. And they would have taken on the repair had I not already arranged things. Truly amazing service and lovely people. Thank you so much.

The team at Reflex Auto Services got me booked in straight away, kept me updated, and were genuinely friendly, down-to-earth guys. They charged a brilliant price and made the whole experience stress-free. It’s rare to find a garage that actually cares about their customers, but these guys really do. Plus, they’ve got decent music on too! I’ll definitely be coming back and I’ve finally found my main garage! Thank you so much!

   Brought my car here for an MOT and full service as well as basic repairs. Adam was brilliant, he diagnosed a problem that I was being quoted hundreds to fix by another mechanic and fixed it at a fraction of the cost without the need to replace the other part, Adam kept in regular touch with me updating me on progress. Car was also carbon cleaned and had a fuel treatment which was all at no added cost, my car is now running much better and is returning much better MPG. Adam is a very professional and skilled mechanic who provides brilliant service at a very affordable price. I will be bringing my car to him now for the foreseeable future and would highly recommend you do the same. Thanks Adam
