   I got emergency appointment with Dr Jay I never meet someone who understand yours problem and listen to you very careful . He explain everything step by step .I got many problems but Dr Jay dont judge he open his heart to help me . I am very extremly nervous patient but after today I will definitly go relax for my next appointment theree . Have 2 extractions which take 1 minute zero pain all explain from start to the end . Dr Jay make sure you feel relax and his assistenc very lovely lady she make sure you stay calm too . You can see how proffesional they are ! And lovely lady at reception whoch make you feel so welcome ! Highly recomended this place and cant thank you enaught for all this help I have from this place !

   I booked an emergency appointment here and from start to finish, the process was so professional. From the receptionist who was so helpful and welcoming, to Jay the dentist who made me feel so relaxed from start to finish - I needed a large tooth out and he remedied it there and then but was so dynamic and didn't do the usual 'telling off' that dentists often do. He was simply pragmatic and it was like being treated by a friend. Highly Recommend.

   Vanessa is my saving grace. Such a caring person and when I needed help and reassurance she is there for me. Her dental care is the best and I have never experienced pain whilst in her care.    Super impressive. Have never considered dentistry to be an art form having been NHS prior to visiting Dunedin. It was my fiancée that encouraged me to go private and glad she did. Have gotten extra nervous over the years yet Jay was very informative and made the whole process straight forward, relaxed and clear. The one thing I wasn’t prepared for is the massive involuntary smile I couldn’t hold back on returning to the car and seeing the work for the first time in the mirror. Without going into detail, it wasn’t a small job - it was however completely flawless and has me completely amazed. I really should have gone private years ago. Remarkable, highly skilled/trained staff. Many thanks :)
